Privacy Policy

1. Collected Information

For workshop operation we collect: full name (English/Korean), affiliation, country, email, mobile phone, attendance days, dinner participation, dietary restrictions (optional), and consent for photography. Presenters additionally submit titles, authors, abstracts, and presentation/poster files.

2. Purpose of Use

Registration confirmation, badge issuance, on-site check-in, programme operation, communication of schedule changes, proceedings publication, and post-event reporting.

3. Retention Period

Personal information is destroyed within 1 year after the workshop closing date (9 September 2027). Submitted abstracts and presentation files may be retained in the official proceedings indefinitely with the author's consent.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Personal information is not shared with third parties except as required for workshop operation (e.g., hotel for accommodation block; airline for invited speakers' tickets) and as required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting namtion@korea.kr at any time. The data controller is the Environmental Satellite Center, National Institute of Environmental Research.
