Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the 17th GEMS International Workshop website operated by the Environmental Satellite Center (NESC).

2. Registration

By submitting a registration you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Registration is non-transferable and may be cancelled by the organiser in case of false information or capacity constraints.

3. Intellectual Property

Submitted abstracts, presentation files and posters remain the intellectual property of the authors. Authors grant NESC a non-exclusive licence to publish materials in the workshop proceedings, programme book and on-site display.

4. Photography and Recording

By attending the workshop, you consent to being photographed/recorded for documentation and post-event reporting. If you wish to opt out, please notify the registration desk on arrival.

5. Liability

NESC and the operating agency are not liable for personal property loss, travel disruptions, or any indirect damages arising from participation. Travel insurance is recommended.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon.
